Google Chrome Not Opening on Windows 10/11? 9 Fixes

1) End background processes

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc → end all Chrome tasks.

2) Disable extensions

Run: chrome.exe --disable-extensions

3) Reset your Chrome profile

Go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\ and rename Default to Default.old.

4) Reinstall clean

Uninstall Chrome, reboot, then install the latest version.
